✔ بعض المنتجات، مثل المستحضرات التجميلية المفتوحة أو منتجات العناية الشخصية، غير قابلة للاسترداد لأسباب صحية.

2. طريقة استرداد الأموال

✔ إذا تمت الموافقة على طلب الاسترداد، سيتم إعادة الأموال بنفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 14 يوم عمل.

✔ في حالة الدفع عبر البطاقات الائتمانية أو التحويل البنكي، قد تستغرق المعاملة بعض الوقت حسب سياسة البنك.

✔ في حالة الدفع عند الاستلام، سيتم رد المبلغ من خلال تحويل بنكي أو قسيمة شراء لاستخدامها في المستقبل.
